In recent years the world has been shaken by a series of high-profile sexual harassment incidents. The facts show that more than 10% of employees experience sexual harassment, bullying or discrimination in the workplace every year with 85% of incidents going unreported. We knew that technology could help solve this problem. We decided to take action, leveraging our extensive knowledge of technology and law. Cassiopeia was founded as a tool to empower companies to be more data-driven about preventing non-inclusive behaviors and creating the company culture they've always dreamed of.

Shiran has worked as a product manager, leading both innovative products and teams, and coaching product managers. She has managed complex strategic business efforts both in product and marketing domains. A lawyer by training, Shiran holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in law (Cum Laude). Shiran was featured in 2019 Forbes 30Under30 list.
Co-Founder and CPO
Tomer is a senior product manager, team leader and a designer. He is an architect by training and was formerly an analyst in an elite IDF technological unit. He has vast experience in leading various products with advanced algorithmic applications such as computer vision, churn prediction, classification and NLP. As a designer he led complex UX/UI design process from vision to implementation.
Co-Founder and CTO
Tal has more than 12 years of experience in senior management positions as former VP of R&D and team leader in leading startups and in the IDF elite technological unit. Tal has lead developers, algorithmic engineers and data scientists for many complex and challenging products in ad tech, finance, communication and video.
Tal received his BSc. (Hons.) in mathematics at the age of 19 and has received several awards for his service in the IDF.
