About us

Our story

We managed and worked in decentralized teams, and knows how hard it is to foster inclusion, equality, and collaboration, even more so when the workplace is virtual. 
In the last few years, we have been working with managers, helping them to improve their team culture. We would like to keep using our tech and product expertise in improving human behavior and support leaders worldwide.


Co-Founder and CEO


Shiran has worked as a product manager, leading both innovative products and teams, and coaching product managers. She has managed complex strategic business efforts both in product and marketing domains. A lawyer by training, Shiran holds a bachelor's and master’s degree in law (Cum Laude). Shiran was featured in 2019 Forbes 30Under30 list.


Co-Founder and CPO

Tomer is a senior product manager, team leader, and designer. He is an architect by training and was formerly an analyst in an elite IDF technological unit (8200). He has vast experience in leading various products with advanced algorithmic applications such as computer vision, churn prediction, classification, and NLP. As a designer, he led complex UX/UI design process from vision to implementation.


Co-Founder and CTO

Maayan is an experienced software developer with a background in entrepreneurship.
She developed complex products with algorithmic and integration challenges. She is "Women in Tech" advocate, leading mentorship programs and teaching young girls coding. Maayan received her BSc. in computer & cognitive sciences and has received several awards for her service in an elite IDF technological unit (8200).
